On 18th December our IFS professional training started. For first two days it was about joining formalities and introducing us to this service.

The inaguration of IFS Probationers Course was done by our Honble Minster Dr. Harshvardhan ji.

A typical day in IGNFA starts with PT at 6:45 am ,then we have lectures from 9:00am to 1:00 pm followed by lunch break till 2:15PM. Then again there is class from 2:15PM to 4:00PM.
In evening from 4:30PM to 5:30 PM there is games where everyone has to play any sports of his/her choice.

The full training schedule began from the 3rd day with morning PT at 6:45 am. It was still dark in the sky but we had to do .

The first week went smoothly as there was not much of lectures but just we were intoduced to various aspects of our training programme . This included visit to  sister organizations of MoEFFC like WWI,FSI.

Our Hostel Mess provides us three time food and the taste is amazing (better than many of the restaurants)

The 2nd week was quite interesting as we had to prepare for Shitosava(cultural programme). It was a boon for us as participants were exempted from morning PT 😊
We presented a comical skit on climate change and did quite well despite the fact that many of us had performed for the first time.

and then New Year came.......

Third week brought with it lot of excitement as we had 1week IMA attachment (Indian Military Academy).
We were given weapon training and hands on INSAS,CMG AND 10 mm Pistol.
Last day we did live firing on 25 mtr range.

In between our hectic schedule we got some leisure time to enjoy.......

On 14th January , we celebrated Makar Sakranti and Pongal.......

In between we also celebrated birthday of our course director.
